Their team went above and beyond to ensure everything was updated, clean, and up to code. The communication was exceptional, and even though getting the permit approved by the County and FEMA presented challenges, Turning Point Electric stood by us every step of the way. I had a full house power outage last night and called Turning Point this morning. Glen helped me walk through some things on the phone in case it was an easy fix. It wasn't, so he said he'd get someone out today. Mike called ahead to let me know his arrival time, was punctual, and had it diagnosed and fixed by 11:30 am. Mike was also a pleasure to have here, and it's very clear that Turning Point hires quality electricians! Turning Point Electric goes out of their way to help, is efficient, does great work, explains everything with options, and is reasonably priced. Everyone on their staff has been very personable, forthcoming, great to work with. I'm so grateful for them. They say you can never get something done right, quickly, AND reasonably priced. You usually have to settle for 2 out of 3. You don't have to settle with Turning Point Electric!
